Carley's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Carley's Story...
I was found on the streets and rescued...probably I was too much for my previous owner...I am a high energy little girl...I need to play, play, play. I do well in my crate but need to get out and run around the yard for exercise. My foster mother loves me and says I will make someone an excellent pet because I am so loveable. I weigh 20# now and the Vet says I am a pure-bred Boxer or close to will have to judge because of course I have no papers. Come see me at PetSmart at Shepherd and Alabama on Sat and Sun between 11-4 or call 281-753-0136 for an appt...hope to see you soon. Woof..woof!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carley, a Houston Boxer puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Houston, or seeking a Boxer puppy from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
