Sage's Story...
Courtesy Listing! - Please contact Lorie at: (714-283-2207) and not Downtown Dog Rescue.
Sage is a UKC pedigreed Patterdale Terrier who will be 4 years old on March 27. She is up to date on her shots and has been spayed. Sage weighs approx. 17 pounds and being a hunting dog, is very energetic. She loves to go for walks or snuggle up to watch TV or go to sleep with you. She is crate-trained and should be the only pet in the family as she does not do well with other dogs, cats or other animals. She would do best with either a single adult or couple who have no small children. For further information please call Lorie at 714-283-2207 or email Lorie at lj@lrosen.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sage, a Los Angeles Patterdale Terrier (Fell Terrier)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Patterdale Terrier (Fell Terrier)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Patterdale Terrier (Fell Terrier)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Patterdale Terrier (Fell Terrier)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Patterdale Terrier (Fell Terrier)/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
