Katy Grace's Story...
Katy Grace is super sweet and just the cutest thing you've ever seen! She's a petite 7-month old puppy weighing only about 25 lbs. She's living with a loving foster family who are teaching her house manners, including going potty outside. She likes to go potty in one area of the yard because she doesn't like to get her delicate little feet wet in the snow. She enjoys going for walks and is learning to walk on lead. She scampers playfully to chase after tennis balls and is equally happy to curl up with you on the couch affectionately sharing some doggy kisses. Her foster family leaves her in her crate for short periods of time while they are away, and she's doing well with crate training. She quietly sleeps through the night. She's a happy girl and is not possessive with her food and toys. Katy Grace's foster family include four children ranging in age from 7-14, so she would do well in a home with children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Katy Grace, a Greendale Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Greendale, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Greendale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greendale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greendale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greendale paves the way for another one to be saved.
