Casey's Story...
Hi my name is Casey!
I'm a cute young man about 20 months old looking for someone that wont neglect me like my last owner. I was very skinny but now I'm doing well. I have a second round of heartworm treatment coming up soon. I will be neutered as soon as I'm healthy enough. My treatment will be paid for by the nice people that donate.
Sense I've been feeling better I have been acting like a dog. i will need a firm owner that is used to this breed. I am active and not always friendly with other dogs. This may change after I'm altered. (whatever that means) I should go to a trainer it would help me a lot.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Casey, a Raymond Boxer dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boxer for sale in Raymond, or seeking a Boxer dog from a breeder in Raymond.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Raymond already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Raymond breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boxer breeders who help with Boxer rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Raymond paves the way for another one to be saved.
