Carlotta's Info...

I am already spayed and up to date with shots.

Carlotta's Story...
I spent some time with Carlotta last weekend and she was really sweet! She was timid on her walk at first, but once we got past the barking dog next to HV she enjoyed her walk. She likes to chase birds and squirrels. She seemed to like being held and prefered to be held rather than walk at times!! She was really really sweet and gentle, and also delicate. She didn't really play much, but climbed into my lap after the walk when I took her to the play area in the back.

Carlotta is around 3yrs old and 10lbs. She is updated on shots, spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped, and heartworm tested. Her adoption fee is $100

Carlotta will be available for adoption this weekend at Highland Village (next to Williams Sonoma)
4056 Westheimer Rd; Houston, TX 77027
Saturday 10 am to 6 pm
Sunday 11am to 3 pm

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Carlotta, a Houston Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua for sale in Houston, or seeking a Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua breeders who help with Italian Greyhound/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
