Winne's Story...
WInnie is a super sweet girl, full of love and fun. She is housebroken, spayed and UTD on shots. Now in foster care this is what her foster mom says about Winnie: I just figured out today that she can "shake" her paw. She fetches but doesn't like to give it back because she would rather play tug of war with the toy. She really loves my 13 year old niece and I think would be a great companion for a young teenager or pre-teen. She would love to go on adventures with them and sleep with them at night plus they could teach her more tricks and play fetch with her. A small adoption fee of $65 is requested to help with medical costs. Sponsored by Cause for Paws, an all volunteer and NO Kill group. Call Lindsey at 417-808-0744. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winne, a Stockton Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Stockton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Stockton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Stockton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Stockton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Stockton paves the way for another one to be saved.
