Emily & Molly's Story...
Emily and Molly - Emily (left) and Molly (Right) are bonded beagles that will need to be adopted together. They were surrendered by their family to Indianapolis Animal Control as they had suddenly, after all that time, become allergic to them. Very sad for them and so we took them in and they are looking for a forever home together. They are housetrained, older (Molly is 7 and Emily is 9) but very cute. Very good on a leash, will do what you tell them (go lay down, things like that) and are just super sweet.

Contact vhall67@comcast.net to obtain an application. Submit the application form and we will schedule a time to meet the pet. If interested in adopting we require a home visit and an adoption agreement with a fee. Beagles over 5 years of age have an adoption of $100 and if younger than 5 years the fee is $125. All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption, are up to date on vaccinations, and a copy of vet records is provided upon adoption to set up a file at your vet. We supply collar, temporary ID tag until you can use till you get one, and leash. All beagles are micro-chipped as well.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Emily & Molly, a Indianapolis Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Indianapolis, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Indianapolis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Indianapolis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Indianapolis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Indianapolis paves the way for another one to be saved.
