Barley's Story...
"Pleased to meet you...my name is Barley! (Please excuse my photo...there's nothing wrong with my eyes---the flashbulb just highlighted my lovely green gaze!)

I am a handsome, handsome little guy...I look like a purebred Russian Blue! I am 10 months old and very mature and levelheaded for my age. I am a SUPER lovebug who gets along with anyone and everyone!

I previously lived with an 88-year-old lady and her 13-year-old cat...so I am as gentle and well-mannered as can be. Unfortunately, my owner could not care for me anymore so I came to Ce-Ce's. I am making friends with my new "roommates" and making the most of my situation, but I really miss having a home and loving owner to call my own.

I am neutered, up to date on all my shots, healthy and huggable. All I need now is....you.

Please call Ce-Ce’s at 781-331-6115 to come meet me!"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Barley, a Quincy Russian Blue kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Quincy, or seeking a Russian Blue kitten from a breeder in Quincy.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Quincy already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Quincy breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Quincy paves the way for another one to be saved.
