My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pinto was on TV recently to promote a local fund raiser. Watch him here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDu3A40TtAI&feature=channel_video_title

Have you seen such a beautiful dog? I am calling him Pinto because he looks like a pinto pony.......
He is brown and white, his head is brown and he has a brown spot on his side. And half of his tail is brown. He is long legged and I believe he may be a Chi/Rat terrier mix. He has long legs and big eyes..........the rest of his body is piebald speckled.
He is approx 10 months to a year old. He weighs about 7 pounds.
He has lots of energy, and is all about play!!!!
He was a stray, but the woman who found him, could not take any more dogs. so she called us, after he had been loose in her neighborhood for several days. He was not neutered so he has an apointment this week to have all of his vet work completed. This will include vaccines, neuter, heartworm test, worming, a wellness exam, and be microchipped.
His adoption fee is $100.00
He is one of the few dogs that we have that will be fine with children as long as they are respectful of animals and over 6 years old.
We do require a securely fenced yard, and it will be inspected when we do the home visit so if yours needs repair, please get it done BEFORE applying for one of our dogs!
