Tahoe's Story...
Meet Tahoe. Tahoe is an incredibly cute and unusaul looking pooch. You definitely will be the only family on your block with this kind of Tahoe! Tahoe is an approximately 1 1/2 old Australian Shepherd or Collie mixed in with some Terrier to give him that cute scruffy faced look. Tahoe will be a fun loving outdoor pal - hiking, swimming, biking, you name it. And then he could be your best loving buddy as well. Tahoe was one of the lucky 21 dogs to make it to Oregon from a high kill shelter in California. Tahoe awoke this morning to probably see his first snow of his life - but that is all good........because now he has a life! If you are interested in making a difference in the dog world, then look no further.......Tahoe can be your boy! Tahoe is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations. If you would like to adopt Tahoe please visit our website at and fill out an application. Tahoe's adoption fee is $200.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tahoe, a Portland Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Portland, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Portland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Portland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Portland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Portland paves the way for another one to be saved.
