Whisper is a sweet, gentle young pit bull. His favorite activity is resting his head upon your lap while you hold the rest of his body, letting him know that he is finally in a safe place. Whisper was very shy upon his arrival at the shelter, but he is making great progress in coming out of his shell. He still shows some fear around other dogs, and stays close to his human companion when on a walk, but Whisper is demonstrating more confidence in and curiosity about the outside world. He is quite warm and affectionate too, and we predict that he will be a most cuddly couch potato once he finds his forever home.
