Buster's Story...
Greetings. My name is Buster. I was born on October 21, 2010. And I am ready to be adopted. I’m learning to walk on a leash and my house training has been stared. I’m at the piddle pad stage right now. I’m a bit timid but I was quick to bond with my foster parents. I’m beginning to be more comfortable with older children as well as men. I prefer women but that may change with time and patience. I get along well with dogs and cats too. My foster home would like me to be adopted to Sheboygan, Ozaukee or Washington county. Love, Buster.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Sheboygan Rat Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rat Terrier for sale in Sheboygan, or seeking a Rat Terrier dog from a breeder in Sheboygan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheboygan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheboygan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rat Terrier breeders who help with Rat Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheboygan paves the way for another one to be saved.
