Buttercup's Story...
Please contact Michele (miloscats@gmail.com) for more information about this pet.

Buttercup was rescued after we received an email from the woman who dumped her at the shelter. She told us that 'she fu**ing hated cats and the only reason she kept this thing this long was it was her daughters, but now her daughter had moved out, not taken the cat and if we wanted her she was at the shelter.'

When we got this email and looked at this sweet girls innocent face our hearts melted. We knew she didn't have a snowballs chance of ever making it out of the shelter alive. First it was kitten season, secondly she was overweight and thirdly she was an adult.

Once we got her home it took her a few days to realize she was safe and loved. And then she literally blossomed into an amazing cat. She's gentle, sweet, loving and absolutely a love muffin! She gets along with other cats but would love to have a home of her very own where she will be safe, loved and cared for for the rest of her life!

Whoever is lucky enough to adopt this butter colored beautiful girl is going to get the perfect feline companion!!!

If you see a kitty you would like to meet and fall in love with, please contact us so we can make arrangements to have them at our adoption event!!

About Milo's Sanctuary, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

Milo's Sanctuary & Special Needs Cat Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) and was founded on the belief that all cats deserve a second chance at life, especially those that have physical disabilities, are seniors, have a terminal illness or have been abused or injured and need someone to care for love and understand them.

We foster in our homes and have a Lifetime Care Program for the cats that cannot be rehomed. Our promise to them is that when we rescue them they will have a safe and loving environment to spend the rest of their lives in. They receive all the medical care and anything else that they may require to have the best quality of life we can give them for as long as we can. We are always desperatley in need of sponsors for our special needs angels. Visit our website to find out how you can become a sponsor and help to save a life!

Our dream is to someday have a sanctuary where the unwanted cats, the ferals, the seniors and the special needs ones will have a safe home to spend the rest of their lives.

We rely solely on donations to continue our mission to help special needs cats and kittens that would otherwise die abandoned in the shelter or in the street. Even $1.00 makes a difference and EVERY cent donated goes directly to the care of these beautiful souls. All donations are tax deductible.

Thank you!
