Levee's Story...
Levee, aptly named after the New Orleans levee where she was found nursing her puppies. God only knows what this sweetie went through, not to mention being seperated from her puppies. Levee has a very calm demeanor and temprement. Get along, go along type personaity. Shows no aggression whatsoever, not to children, nor people, nor food, nor cats, nor other dogs. To the contrary, Levee is a very un-domineering sweet southern girl. For more information about our organization please visit 718-544-PETS

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Levee, a Forest Hills Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Staffordshire Bull Terrier for sale in Forest Hills, or seeking a Staffordshire Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Forest Hills.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Forest Hills already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Forest Hills breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Staffordshire Bull Terrier breeders who help with Staffordshire Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Forest Hills paves the way for another one to be saved.
