Romeo's Story...
My name is Romeo and I'm a lover!! I love to give kisses, hugs, and I'll sit in your lap if you let me. Of course, it will have to be a big lap since I weigh about 90 lbs. I got lost and ended up in a pound where I was rescued by NE Ohio Lab Rescue. They give me lots of toys and fun things to do. They say I'm a really good boy and they seem to like that. I think I'm ready to meet my new family now. Is it you?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Romeo, a North Jackson Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in North Jackson, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in North Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
