Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Please contact Janet Cook (626-340-9316) of the Angel’s Heart Dog Rescue.
Ranger is a three-year-old male American Staffordshire Terrier that was rescued by a senior citizen couple on Sat. the 9th of April. The dog appears to have been dumped in his neighborhood, as when they opened up their garage, there he was, very calmly sitting in their driveway with tail wagging. The man has put signs up and driven Ranger around the neighborhood, to no avail, and there is no micro-chip. Ranger is a very gentle and lovable dog, and keep in mind, this dog is being kept by senior citizens, so Ranger must be a gentle and easy dog, which is a plus.
Ranger enjoys playing with his doggie toys, and greeting anyone who comes into the room with a gentle tail wag. He also knows how to “Sit” and he raises his left paw to shake hands. In general, he is a really calm and loveable, good dog. The elderly couple cannot keep him for very long in their house; Ranger has obviously been raised with a lot of love and care and can understand the English language quite well. He is totally house-trained. HE IS NEUTERED and weighs 62 lbs. He is not with other dogs at the moment but we think he’s dog friendly because he greets dogs at the fence-line with tail wagging an friendly. If you are interested in giving Ranger a home, please contact Janet Cook of the Angel’s Heart Dog Rescue at: 626-340-9316 or e-mail: adopt@angelsheartdogrescue.com.
