To pursue the adoption of Tux, you must first complete an Adoption Application which is located under the Online Forms tab at www.NCYorkieRescue.org.

Tux is a handsome Lhasa Apso male, 8 months old and weighing 20 pounds. He is a very loving and sweet boy, but enjoys having one special person. He does not do well with other dogs and is food aggressive. He is a playful fellow and loves to walk as well as go for car rides. He will make a very loyal companion. Tux learns very quickly and is completely housebroken. He knows commands and is very well behaved. Adoption fee and donation does apply.

We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit rescue group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home.
