Jenkins wandered up to a Whisker Connection volunteer in a parking lot and began begging for attention. He was filthy and looked like he had been on his own for awhile, but he is the friendliest cat and just loves to be held. Jenkins is black and white, with a short tail, and is 2-4 years old.
