Bunny - female, vet checked, vaccinated to date inclu. Rabies, altered, dewormed, tx flea preventative, heartworm tested (-), ~3yr, 15lbs, 12 tall, Mini Beagle.

Bunny is just one of way too many Beagles at a high kill, high volume shelter.

Bunny is much smaller than your average Beagle, she is basically a mini Beagle! She is super cute, loves to snuggle and curl up somewhere warm or go for a nice brisk walk. She is a calm, clean and QUIET Beagle, we havent even heard her bay/bark yet. She is house trained and crate trained. Bunny gets along well with other dogs, cats and respectful children. Like most Beagles Bunny likes to follow her nose so she should not be off leash unless in a securely fenced area. Bunny would be great as a second dog or on her own. She can be left for the typical 9-5work hours and is sweet enough to accompany you to work to a dog friendly work place. She is nicely mannered but doesnt seem to know formal commands. Bunny sleeps in her crate at night and when left alone but would happily crawl under the covers at night if youd let her. She is pretty easy going in the house but loves to get out and run around or go for a good walk. Bunny is a good size for an apartment but ideally wed like to find her a house with a fully fenced yard.
