Pocahontas's Story...
Pocahontas was adopted to a lady in the Baltimore area a few months ago, she can no longer take care of her and she will need to find another home. She says that Pocahontas is the best dog that she has ever came across, but she can't provide the care that she needs. She is approx 6 months old now, spayed, vaccintaed, microchipped and ready to go to a forever home. Please contact me today if you can adopt her. Adoption fee is $100. I am located in SC, she is in MD, but a transport will be coming through and will take her to your area if adopted.

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Cattle Dog for sale in Charleston, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Cattle Dog dog from a breeder in Charleston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charleston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charleston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Cattle Dog breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Australian Cattle Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charleston paves the way for another one to be saved.
