Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie loves her people and other dogs and kitties too. She loves her boyfriend Sherwood and even lets the cats rub up against her in her foster home. This has the sweetest, kindest personality and "old soul" eyes that accept all with good grace.
This girl came into rescue last spring and was so skinny. In two weeks she had gained 10 lbs under the care of a vet. She was adopted out to people who said that they would give her a forever home. But then they had a baby. She was great with the baby but the people decided that they didn't have the time/energy/money for pretty Miss Bonnie so they sent her back into foster care. Here is what they say about her:
Bonnie is a Staffy mix with a lot of personality and loves to give kisses. She is tan and white and is extremely cute. She has been living with us for almost 7 months now and she is an absolutely wonderful dog to have around. She is totally housebroken, no accidents inside. She has never chewed up anything in our home. She likes to kind of suckle on her special blanket while she lays on it and falls asleep while doing it. She loves her toys, we gave her a rope and some Tuff brand balls that work pretty well for her breed.
She is great on the leash. We can walk her in any situation (people, dogs, children) and she is cool as a cucumber. We get a lot of compliments on her temperament by people who just come up and pet her. Sometimes dogs bark at her and she doesn't react. In the summer, Bonnie took many dips in her kiddie pool. We took her to a lake in Tahoe and she was very polite to all the other pets and people BBQ-ing around us. She is the perfect size dog, not too big, not too little. She sleeps in our son's room, and doesn't get up until she needs to go to the bathroom or until we wake up. Bonnie is a welcome guest at our local dog sitter's, they love having her because she's so good with any dog (big or small, male or female, dominant or submissive).
She seems to fit right in wherever she goes. She is very eager to please and likes to tell you what she needs/wants. Bonnie is very interactive and expressive and always wants to be part of the group. She needs room to run, we have a medium size yard with room for her to fetch and stretch her legs. In the winter she enjoys long naps in the sun or in her bed in the house. She enjoys car rides, and is well behaved at the Vet's office. Bonnie is microchipped and her vaccines are current. She is also currently licensed in the City of Roseville.
Bonnie holds no grudges and continues to appreciate all the love that comes her way from her new foster mom & dad, boyfriend Sherwood, and the kitties!
Adoption fees range from $150-$250 for dogs. THE DOGS SHOWN ON THE SITE ARE IN FOSTERCARE - WE DO NOT HAVE A SHELTER TO VISIT. EMAIL is the best way to reach us. We are a volunteer run, very small organization - so please be patient when waiting for a response, but feel free to check back in if you haven't heard from us in a day or so - thank you so much for considering a rescued pooch!
