My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This adorable pit bull mix has very expressive ears and always looks like she is smiling. Kandy has been kennelmates with big and small dogs. Kandy made a friend, Cali, while in the shelter. See her play in this video. Her friend, Cali, recently got adopted, so Kandy is anxious to find her forever home--maybe complete with a built-in playmate!

Kandy is gentle, sweet and a very well-behaved darling dog that enjoys her time time out of the shelter so that she can be introduced to new things and build her confidence. Kandy believes she is a lap dog and loves to climb into volunteers laps for a snuggle.

Kandy was featured at the K-9 PALS Dog Festival & Great Ball Drop at Elings Park. She gentle on the leash and did great meeting other dogs and people.

Kandy would also be a great candidate for attending the FREE training classes offered by K-9 PALS with every adoption.
