My story

Jasper has one blue eye and one brown eye. He was in a shelter for about 6 months before coming to the 2nd Chance. He was underweight and needing special care. He was very depressed at the shelter and now he is a loving young man. He loves sunbathing but be careful as he will need sunscreen. He does well in a crate but would rather sit on the couch.
