My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dee Dee is a senior pittie girl who has been waiting for a home for over 2 years. She was seized from a dog fighting ring where she was primarily used for breeding. Unfortunately, Dee Dee was trained to fight at some point and that "fight or die" mentality will never be totally erased from her mind. She does socialize with other dogs through barriers, and she does great but she can never be trusted loose with another dog. Dee Dee never goes looking for trouble and she is also well behaved at adoption events. She is a very sweet girl who has never met a stranger. She is an easy keeper and enjoys spending time with her people. Dee Dee has endured so much trauma throughout her lifetime and we are hoping that someone will give this senior girl a chance.
