Here's what the humans have to say about me:
EVEY is a two-year-old, spayed, Dachshund mix. She was found in the desert outside of Yuma, miles from civilization, thin, dehydrated and in need of medical care. Evey is very well-mannered at her foster home, but is still shy around new people. She loves to play and stock-pile as many toys as she can possibly find! She loves food and is easily motivated by it, and will even do a little dance for it!! We assume that she may have come from a home that was extremely hard on her because she sometimes ducks her head when you try to pet her. She gets along well with the other dogs and cats at 4PAR and is easy going!! She uses a dog door and enjoys sleeping close to her foster parents on the sofa. Evey appears to be okay with older, well-behaved kids, but since she is so timid it may be best for her to go into a quiet home with lots of love.
