Belle's Story...
Belle is a 8 or 9 week old puppy that was found on a major highway by a good samaritan. She probably had been "dumped" by her owner. She could not keep her and asked us to find a good home. She is a very sweet puppy and needs a home that is willing to go through the puppy stage with her. The vet estimates she will be a medium size dog and we require she have an indoor home. A fenced in yard or long walks would be ideal. She appears to have some collie and shepherd in her. Belle has been spayed and is up to date on shots. For more information, email scollins45@yahoo.com Completed adoption application and adoption fee required.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belle, a Hillsville Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Hillsville, or seeking a Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Hillsville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hillsville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hillsville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Collie/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hillsville paves the way for another one to be saved.
