Pony's Story...
Have you noticed that having a rabbit in the house is like taking care of a tiny pony? Rabbits need unlimited grass hays, are prey animals easily spooked, and resemble ponies in other ways. Our bunny loves his oat-wheat-barley hay so much–and he must have it!–that we named him Pony. If you’d like a handsome little “apartment pony” of your own, let us know!

This beautiful rabbit needs a home. For more information, please go to www.larabbits.org and fill out an on-line application form on the Adopt page. All our rabbits are neutered and litter box-trained. Your adoption will enable us to save more rabbits. Thank you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pony, a Los Angeles Other/Unknown was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Other/Unknown for sale in Los Angeles, or seeking a Other/Unknown from a breeder in Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Other/Unknown breeders who help with Other/Unknown rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
