Scout's Story...
Check out our stunning blue eyes! Yes, we are quite the bunch of beautiful pups. We are 14 weeks old (May 10th) and we're just about ready for our forever homes. In fact, we can come up to our new families on Memorial Day weekend! Our mama is a shephard mix and our dad is a hound with beautiful ice blue eyes (we get our pretty peepers from him!) They've been spayed and neutered now so no more puppies for them! We are a happy, playful group of babies and we can't wait to have squeeky toys, chewey toys and little kids or families that will love us and call us their own. If you'd like to apply for me or my siblings please apply today! We won't be available for long!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Scout, a Foster Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) for sale in Foster, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Hound (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
