Meet pretty Natasha, an 85-pound, 6-year old Husky mix who is very sweet natured but a shy girl due to a rough start to life. She has startling blue eyes and a gentle soul.

Natasha is a new arrival who is setting in at her foster home that she shares peacefully with three other dogs and multiple cats. Her foster mom shares that she walks with a slight pull but settles back if redirected or you stop. She already shows a connection to her foster mom in that if unsure at dog park (with a person) she has backtracked to her.

She slept all night beside her foster mom's bed and tends to find that safe quiet space when they come in the house and settles there. Due to her quiet nature - Natasha would prefer having older children in her adoptive home.

Update July 25: Natasha is coming out of her shell with her two new foster brothers - they wrestle and play, they will jump on her and romp all over her, yanking and tugging on her legs and ears. She is loving it, and Tasha will play "keep away" with her favorite squeaky ball toy! Recently on a walk through the woods she went right up to a woman and allowed the woman to stroke and pet her. This is great progress, we are so proud of beautiful Tasha!
