Here's what the humans have to say about me:
* Brooke is small for a husky weighing in at 33 pounds. Don't let her small size fool you though she can play with the biggest dogs!
*Brooke needs a potty break every 3-4 hours so if your schedule is a long day away it will not work for this little girl.
* Dog Friendly
* Good with children of all ages.
*6 foot fence required
* Very sweet and affectionate
Brooke may be a small pup, but no one told her. Two years old and about 40 pounds, shes small for her age and probably wont grow much bigger, but while her physical size is one thing, her personality is something altogether different. She will go at it with her fosters regular-sized Sibes with gusto, swinging her hind quarters around with hip checks that pack a lot of punch. Shes a nimble and athletic Sibe who would do best with another large dog who can match her energy level and will to play (and an owner who can monitor/referee). She does well with all the dogs she meets at her fosters local dog park. Shes also pretty vocal and, here again, her "voice" and howl are "big." Shell match you howl for howl when she gets going.
While Brook gets along well with most other dogs and enjoys their company, shes very social with people. She likes to spend her "down time" near you (or "on" you ...shell actually fit pretty nicely on you lap!) And shes especially drawn to children. Small or large, she loves their company and attention.
Brooke was given up by her previous owners for want of some basic house-training and shes improved much since arriving at her new foster home, but expect that youll need to pick this up if you decide to adopt her (house-breaking experience a plus!).
