Information:
Cindy Lou Who came from a shelter in North Carolina. She came into Blind Dog Rescue Alliance very sick. She was badly dehydrated, anemic, and full of worms. She also has fleas and weighed only4.5 lbs. She was missing hair on her lower legs, likely from walking through feces and urine for an extended period of time. We weren't sure if she was going to make it :( ... But she is a trooper! Cindy took a few vet trips, gained weight, and got so much better! She now runs with her doggy friends and is at constant play with everyone!
