Bacon's Story...
Hi, I'm a little boy Blue Heeler/Lab mix and my birthday is April 10, 2011. My story is pretty sad. Some people brought us kids to Walmart in a box. This real cool lady found us and brought us home to her farm. Luckily we're all real healthy and doin' fine! We live with chickens and goats and cats and even a donkey that makes a real weird noise! I would love to come to your house and be your forever pup. Won't you choose me?

To find out more information about this pup please email us at Dogsnharmony@gmail.com We will provide information about our process/paperwork and you can request an application there as well. Thank you and we look forward to helping you find your new fur-ever friend!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bacon, a Salem Blue Heeler/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Blue Heeler/Labrador Retriever for sale in Salem, or seeking a Blue Heeler/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Salem.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Salem already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Salem breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Blue Heeler/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Blue Heeler/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Salem paves the way for another one to be saved.
