Cookie and Chip were brought to our shelter by their owner who very sorrowfully had to give them up because she moved to an apartment that doesn't allow pets. These are the sweetest and nicest two little dogs you'd ever want to meet. They must be adopted where they can live out their lives in a loving home together.
