Socks's Story...
Courtesy listing.
Socks is a tiny 5 pound chihuahua mix.
She is about 5 years old and fully vaccinated and up to date on veterinary requirements. Socks is house broken and crate trained and she is a very comical little girl. She loves anyone and everyone!
Socks gets along well with other dogs (even big ones) and cats. She is not a yapper and is content just sitting quietly next to her human. She would probably do best in a home without small children because of her small size.
Socks would be a great companion for a retired couple or individual. She loves to travel and rides in the car well. Socks would be a wonderful dog for just about any family.
More photos and videos coming soon.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Socks, a Fresno Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Fresno, or seeking a Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Fresno.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fresno already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fresno breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fresno paves the way for another one to be saved.
