Sara's Story...
This is Sara. Sara is approximately 9 mos old and being fostered in the Houston area. Sara had a very rough start. She was one sick cookie when we picked her up from the shelter almost 4 mos ago. Since then Sara has thrived. She has learned to sit and learned to play. She loves hot dogs and spending time running in the yard. She plays pretty rough with other dogs, but enjoys their company. Sara is spayed, micro chipped, up to date on vaccines. She is a very happy girl and will need leash and obedience work.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sara, a North Port Bullmastiff puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Bullmastiff for sale in North Port, or seeking a Bullmastiff puppy from a breeder in North Port.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in North Port already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a North Port breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Bullmastiff breeders who help with Bullmastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in North Port paves the way for another one to be saved.
