Buddy's Story...
Buddy is seeking a Foster or Adopter!!

Buddy was rescued from a high kill shelter in South Carolina. We believe he deserves a very happy home with love galore. Buddy is a lab pittie mix and is about 7 months old. He weighs around 35 pounds. Buddy loves life and this special guy has a lot of spirit. He LOVES everyone and gets along really well with all dogs. He is very athletic. He needs a kind energetic person willing to give him structure. He would make an excellent running partner. A good descriptive word for Buddy would be "bouncer". This special guy loves to run and flip. He never stops. Would you be willing to give him a home and show him what it means to be loved deeply?

If interested in fostering or adopting Buddy, please contact us right away. Buddy is current on all of his vaccinations, has been dewormed, is neutered and microchipped. It is FREE to foster, following the approval of an application. To Adopt, the process involves an application, meeting with Buddy, obviously, and an adoption fee which covers all medical necessities in order for Buddy to be ready for his new home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buddy, a Hazleton Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Hazleton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Hazleton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hazleton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hazleton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hazleton paves the way for another one to be saved.
