Cheppa's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Cheppa's Story...
Cheppa is a sweet boy whose favorite things are napping and getting his ears scratched. He loves people, especially kids but, he will let you know when the UPS guy is at the front door with his deep bark. He is housetrained, neutered and up to date with all of his vet work. He is a favorite at the vet's office. They think he's a sweetheart and like his comical expression. Cheppa gets along with submissive dogs and puppies but would prefer to be an only dog and not have to share the attention. Cheppa loves walks and fetching his tennis ball but, not too many times, that might start to feel like work. He has a beautiful black and brindle coat and weighs 75lbs. No cats, rabbits or other small pets, please. His adoption fee is $175. Please email LittleHouseRescue@gmail.com for an application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cheppa, a Delano Rottweiler/American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/American Bulldog for sale in Delano, or seeking a Rottweiler/American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Delano.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delano already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delano breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/American Bulldog breeders who help with Rottweiler/American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delano paves the way for another one to be saved.
