Freckles is like having a little teddy bear around. He's cute, fluffy and so cuddly. Freckles has an amazing little personality. He loves to play and cuddle and enjoys whatever the family is doing at the time. He is fantastic around small children and likes to trail them around to see what kind of mischief they can get into next. He is a puppy still, just under a year old and weighs 15 lbs.
Freckles plays nicely with other dogs. He shares his food and water very well with other dogs and doesn't mind if the children or adults interrupt his eating/drinking. He is mostly calm with a cute spunky side. He is doing very well on his housetraining and we have had no concerns. We have not crated him during the day or night, and he has done very well. Freckles is proving to be very smart and has learned to sit. When walking, he does pull on the leash and with some practice, we suspect he would be great on his leash. His ideal person/family would be someone who would want Freckles to be an active member in their life. He loves attention and kisses and time to play with his people. He is a wonderful cute little boy and makes an ideal family pet.
He loves to play fetch and get a belly rub. He likes being right with the family and whatever we are doing. He needs a good walk and a chance to play but otherwise is pretty calm. He does bark when someone comes to the door. Freckles is non-shedding and hypo-allergenic making him a good choice for allergy sufferers. He does like to get on the couches for his cuddle time and will walk on the top of the couch - but is easily directed down.
His ideal person/family would be someone who wants a dog as an active part of their family. He loves to be loved, he loves attention and lots of time to play with him and keep him active outdoors. Also, the person/family would be someone who is ready to do some basic training as he is very smart and has tons of potential.
