Ranger's Info...

Ranger's Story...
Ranger was rescued from the backyard of a home in Pottstown with his mom Penny and two siblings, Tarzan and Buttercup, who are also available for adoption. While at first he was a little shy, this little guy warmed up very quickly. He is very social, and comes running tail-up to see his foster parents. He loves attention and has a very loud motor! He is white with big patches of orange/beige all over, very adorable.

Ranger is very curious and confident, and he fearlessly explores his environment. He loves to wrestle and play chase with his siblings. His favorite game is playing catch mommas tail! He is litter box trained and does very well using the scratching post.

Ranger tested FeLV/FIV negative, was neutered, and received age-appropriate vaccinations. His date of birth is 4/16/2011.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ranger, a Colmar Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Colmar, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Colmar.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Colmar already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Colmar breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Colmar paves the way for another one to be saved.
