Eddie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Eddie's Story...
Life is good since I was rescued from the shelter! I get along very well with other dogs and enjoy trying to play with the cats, although I don't believe they think I am so hot! I am working on housebreaking and crate training. I definitely will need a tall wooden fence with my new yard since the shorter ones are pretty easy to get over. My foster mom says I would be excellent at agility or flyball. I aim to please everyone, especially you!
Update on Eddie from his foster mom: Eddie is such an excellent companion dog. He is now housebroken and completely crate trained. He is an extremely smart dog and needs to have a yard with a six foot wooden fence. He is wonderful with cats (I believe he thinks he is one) and loves dogs and kids as well. Everyone should get to know Eddie as he will make a wonderful dog for any household.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Eddie, a Houston Fox Terrier (Smooth) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Fox Terrier (Smooth) for sale in Houston, or seeking a Fox Terrier (Smooth) dog from a breeder in Houston.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Houston already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Houston breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Fox Terrier (Smooth) breeders who help with Fox Terrier (Smooth) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Houston paves the way for another one to be saved.
