Fuzz's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, a special needs pet, and up to date with shots.

Fuzz's Story...
Fuzz is a delightful Golden Retriever mix. He is 3 years old, sweet and cuddly, soft and silky, with great house manners. And he comes when you call him too. "Of course. . . I know my name and some basic commands too." Fuzz has some mild looseness in his left hip. "It does not bother me and the nice vet said, not to worry just take these two things every day called glucosomine and rimadyl."

Fuzz is still busy working on his full bio. So check back and take a look at his handsome new photos in the meantime. To learn more giving a sweetheart like Fuzzy his forever home with your family, apply today and our volunteers will be in touch.

For more information, please take a look at www.goldenretrieverfreedom.org. Please review the adoption requirements before submitting an online application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fuzz, a Denver Golden Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever for sale in Denver, or seeking a Golden Retriever dog from a breeder in Denver.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Denver already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Denver breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Denver paves the way for another one to be saved.
