Jack's Story...
Frack and Jack are 14 week old puppies looking for their forever home. Both boys are soooo stinking sweet and absolutely adorable. They are average for their size and will probably grow to be tall and thin and about 65lbs. For puppy boys, these two have a great even temper and fairly mild mannered for puppies. Of course they still have puppy energy, but with love, patience, exercise and a little obedience lessons they will make terrific family members. They were both found in a high kill shelter and only had days to live, but fortunately they had an angel that was looking out for them and contacted us to see if we had room to take them. Well of course we did. Even if we didn't we would have made room. Who can deny these sweet little faces and let them suffer a fate that is way to soon. Frack and Jack will go on to live wonderful full, healthy lives with their new family members (whoever they may be) and will bring a lot of joy to everyone who meets them. Both boys are neutered, up to date on all vaccinations and heartworm negative. They are microchipped and kept on frontline and heartgard. If you have room for one or both boys, please fill out an online application and request them on the notes seciton.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Jack, a Lewisville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Lewisville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Lewisville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lewisville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lewisville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lewisville paves the way for another one to be saved.
