My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Trudy is super well behaved. She loves to stretch out in the grass and nap for a few hours when its cool in the morning and then comes in and flops down on the doggy bed with the chihuahua in the afternoon when it gets hot outside. She is super well housetrained, squishes herself out the doggy door or waits by the door and just gives me the look to let her out, not a single accident in the house. She completely ignores the cat like its not even there and is very tolerant and ignores the yappy poodle as well...even it it growls at her she just walks away. She doesn't dig, chew or tear anything up.
She only gets up on the sofa if she is invited, loves to sleep in the middle of the bed if allowed and adores the men of house..she waits by the door to greet both my husband and son when they return home after work, no barking, just wagging her tail happily and looking hopeful (never mind that i am the one feeding her etc.ha) she adores them and follows my son everywhere usually settling under his feet to nap while he is on the computer. She lights up when the kids next door come to the fence to pet her...She is so quiet I keep forgetting she is here.

The adoption fee is just $65 for our foster dogs, which includes her spay, vaccinations, and a microchip for identification. She is heartworm positive. She appears to be 6-8 years old.

Thank you for looking to the shelter for your next new pet. Adoption saves lives!
