Zoe's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, and not good with cats.

Zoe's Story...
One would think with my size I would not be scared of anything huh?? WRONG!! It is REALLY scary here with all these dogs running around all the time. I need a quiet home that will take me and play ball with me and let me cuddle with them. I am great in the house and/or in a crate.. I don't need one but I do OK in one. I am mostly OK with other dogs too... but I prefer to be the only dog or at least with dogs my size which for some reason is not so scary! I do tend to get jealous of other dogs getting my attention, especially females. And I sometimes think small tiny dogs and cats are toys - so no cats or small dogs please!

I have been in a few homes who loved me and they can tell you all about me (they had small dogs... not a good idea). I am in a foster home now and love it, but I want a forever home. So come rescue me again please. I am your soulmate dog...I am! And with me you won't need a small dog. I will crawl in your lap and sleep with you and everything. I can fill the shoes of small dogs, I promise! Just try me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Zoe, a Newcastle Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Great Dane for sale in Newcastle, or seeking a Great Dane dog from a breeder in Newcastle.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Newcastle already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Newcastle breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Great Dane breeders who help with Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Newcastle paves the way for another one to be saved.
