My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

UPDATED BIO 6/29/11: Hi my name is Desire, im a beautiful blonde yorkie that has so much love to give my new forever home. I am at my foster moms here in sunny Arizona with my adorable 6 year old son Scooter. We are a great 'team' and we have a very special bond. We can not be separated but who would want us to be anyway? My foster mom has cut my hair and gotten me fully up to date on my shots. I had some bad eye allergies that went untreated for years so we are catching up on my meds for that. It looks like that should be cleared up in about a month. Some dry eye too, but who doesn't have that these days! I am FULLY house broken, gees that's gross to even think about. I don't bark, ever! I am a happy little girl and I love to play....please make sure I always have a ball near by. OK I confess that I love to cuddle too. I am sweet as could be and not to mention I have been told that I am one stunning gal! Please feel free to contact my foster mom and don't forget my son and I are a 'team', he too is a real eye catching little boy. Also I am told you need to fill out the adoption application on our website. Tootles.....

INITIAL BIO 6/18/11: Please meet Desire; a gorgeous little 9 year old / 11 pound Yorkie girl. She was surrendered to UYR along with her son (Scooter) and they will need to be adopted together as since they are a very bonded pair. Desire currently has skin and eye infections from untreated allergies but the medicine should clear it up. Unfortunatley she might need eye drops for the rest of her life...we will find out in a couple weeks when she goes back for a recheck. She is just as sweet as can be and loves to be next to her person or on your lap. She is working on learning how to use the doggie door but does go the the door to be let out. If you have room for 2 adorable little sweet hearts please consider Desiree and her son Scooter.
