Nanuk's Story...
Meet the Eskimo babies! These guys were born on the 8th of May to a family with far too many dogs. We rescued these 6 little boys and girls. When we got them we were told that the mother was a husky mix and the dad a lab mix, but on further inspection we aren't sure about the husky label. However, we had already picked out Inuit names that best described them. They are all incredibly lovable. The most out- going is Miki and the most laid back is Suka. It is great fun for them to chase me around our yard until they get tired. They have started to develop their own little unique personalities, but at their age they will only develop new skills and abilities. They have a lot of growing to do also. Right now they are tiny little fuzz balls with the biggest only being 4.5 lbs. Since we have had them they have all gained a little weight. Everybody is on schedule with shots and worming. These guys are the cutest pups I've seen in a while, it would be nice to keep a lot of the dogs we rescue but it just isn't possible. So please give these babies a forever home, they will be forever grateful! (POM-Rhia) BR> Please, you MUST click the following link BEFORE emailing for further information. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nanuk, a Staunton Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Staunton, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Staunton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Staunton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Staunton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Staunton paves the way for another one to be saved.
