Cloudy Girl's Story...
Cloudy Girl is a beautiful, gentle Persian mix. She was turned in to a shelter with Snuggles and Sheba, her lifelong friends, because their family was "tired of having them around." Cloudy Girl, Snuggles and Sheba and looking for an indoor/outdoor home where they can be together.

Purrsonal Information
Age: 3 years old
Likes: Snuggles, Sheba and other cats, attention from humans who love me, being outside in our shelter's outdoor enclosure.
Dislikes: Really, I like just about everything
Health Concerns: I'm in excellent health
Ideal Home: Indoor/outdoor with Snuggles and Sheba. They're a lot older than I am, but Snuggles really needs me.

Cloudy Girl's Story
:"Do I have t do this now? I just got out of a shelter where I was in a cage all by myself. We all nearly got... well, never mind. You know what shelters do when there are too many cats. We're together and safe and happy now, and I'd really like to talk about the present and future, not the past. You understand, don't you?"

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Cloudy Girl, a Columbia Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Columbia, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Columbia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbia paves the way for another one to be saved.
