Meow! My name is Snuggles
I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with cats.
Snuggles is the perfect name for this wonderful cat. He loves to cuddle and snuggle. He was turned in to a shelter with his lifelong friends, Sheba and Cloudy Girl, because their family was "tired of having them around." This ready-made cat family is looking for an indoor/outdoor home where they can be together.
Age: 13 years old
Likes: Sheba, Cloudy Girl and other cats, attention from humans who love me, playing with cat toys.
Dislikes: Riding in a car. I really hate riding in cars!
Health Concerns: When I got to the Howard County Cat Club's group home, I had stomatitis, a painful and dangerous mouth infection. All of my teeth were removed by a veterinary dentist, and I'm in excellent health now and young at heart
Ideal Home: Indoor/outdoor with Sheba and Cloudy Girl. Cloudy Girl's much younger than Sheba and I are, but we're a family and love each other. We need to stay together.
:"Do I have to do this now? I just got out of a shelter where I was in a cage all by myself. We all nearly got... well, never mind. You know what shelters do when there are too many cats. I was so sick when I got to the Howard County Cat Club's group home, and the volunteers took such good care of me and gave me so much love. I was also a big star on Facebook, and that made me so happy. Cloudy Girl and Sheba took care of me, too. One of them was always with me, the whole time I was sick. We love each other so much, and we're looking forward to going to our new forever home together. Are you looking for a whole cat family? I hope you'll choose us. We're quiet, gentle, affectionate cats, and we'll make you so happy. "

Rescue Group Info...
The Howard County Cat Club is a registered 501 (c)(3) nonprofit no kill cat rescue. Our mission is to keep cats out of shelters because we believe that no cat deserves to live in a cage, or to be put to death because it is no longer wanted or in the way. We operate a behavior hotline to help cats and their human companions resolve their differences. We advise people who are trying to place their no-longer-wanted cats in loving new homes, and we foster cats in our "group home" when they have no place else to go.
We are not having adoption shows at the moment, but we invite you to our shelter to meet our cats. Please call or write for an appointment.
Potential forever families must complete an application and sign a contract. Our contract stipulates that you will NOT declaw and that the cat will be returned to us if things don't work out. Cats who are adopted together must be returned together -- they may not be separated. Our contract also stipulates that you will feed wet food -- we do not want our cats to have dry food-only diets. We DO adopt to safe, responsible indoor/outdoor homes. And we almost always have ferals who must be relocated to barn homes.
