RINGO is a DNA tested male Jenday Conure. Approximately eight years old, he came into the rescue just a few months ago. When he was under a year old he swallowed a baby’s zipper and was diagnosed with a metal poisoning. Due to this he has little control of his feet, but he gets around just fine now! He will sit on your shoulder for hours at a time, however he uses his beak to help hold on and keep him steady. He seems to prefer women, is very sweet and drinks up all the attention you can give to him! He loves to sleep in his little cuddle home and he has a favorite treat that he gets very excited over…..he even knows the color of the bag! He will make a great pet for someone that has plenty of time to give one on one attention to this special guy!
