Benji's Story...
Are you ready for some fun?!?

Benji is a lively 1 year old yorkie mix that loves to play. He adores his humans and loves to play with other dogs. His zest for life will make anyone smile. Benji has never met a stranger and will hop on his back legs to greet anyone. Benji is doing well on his crate and house training. He would do best with someone who can exercise him on a daily basis or has a big backyard to run and play in. He would also love to have a fun doggie companion to play with. If you think that he would be a good fit for your family, please apply.

There is always a 2-week trial period to make certain you've found a good match.

Benji's adoption fee is $150. This dog is neutered, up-to-date with vaccines, and is currently receiving flea and tick preventative and heartworm preventative. Dogs come with a complimentary collar. If you're interested in meeting our animals, please apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Benji, a Greensboro Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Greensboro, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Greensboro.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Greensboro already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Greensboro breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Greensboro paves the way for another one to be saved.
